Do I need an account? No. There is nothing to sign up for.
Where is my data? On your device, mirrored to your private iCloud so a reinstall restores it. See the privacy policy.
Breakdowns stopped generating. Generation has a daily allowance that resets on its own — the app shows the reset time. STUCK and ADAPT keep a reserve so you're never abandoned mid-mission.
Notifications don't fire. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → TASKOPS. The app only ever sends the step title you armed — if you ignore one, it goes quiet by design.
I deleted the app and reinstalled. Your missions, history, and schedules restore from your iCloud automatically on first launch.
